„THE WHITE RIBBON - A German children’s story“ scoops the Palme d´Or 2009. This marks the fifth time that the production company, WEGA Film with Director Michael Haneke have had films selected for the ‚in competition‘ category.
Germany's filmmakers have nominated the film, "The White Ribbon" to be considered at the Oscars for the best foreign film 2010.
